Reshaping the school commute experience
Android and iOS integration with AI Bus, with a focus on a better user experience.
Android · iOS · AI Bus integration · Product experience
Alter Dimensions works with Ride Blnk on Android and iOS integration with AI Bus and on reshaping the product for a better user experience. The work brings together the connection to AI Bus and the way people experience the product on their phones.
Connecting mobile and AI Bus
Our integration work spans both Android and iOS. Connecting the mobile product with AI Bus is part of the engagement, alongside the work of reconsidering how the product is presented and used.
Reshaping the experience
The brief extends beyond integration. Alter Dimensions is also helping reshape Ride Blnk’s product, with a better user experience as the goal. That gives the engagement two connected priorities: bringing the systems together and improving the experience around them.
An everyday journey, with everyday questions
Ride Blnk gives participating schools and families access to route information and notifications. Where is the vehicle? When will it arrive? Has something changed? These everyday questions provide the context for the product and the people it serves.
